Carolina Sandoval

I am a visual artist, I was born in Bogotá. Colombia.  I am currently studying Art managment (Postgraduate course) in Bogotá and I work as a teacher on a school called Gimnasio el Portillo.

 

The subjects of my work are related with people emotions, I select specific images from violence and memories and transform them in paintings or drawings. My work called into question the numbness which todays viewers and mass media are habituated to observe violence and acccpt it.
